Rodney Ezzard II was born in Atlanta, Ga the son of Lisa and Rodney Ezzard. He attended Chamblee Middle and Chamblee High School. After graduating from high school he attended Duke University on a football athletic scholarship. At Duke University he studied African American Studies and received his Bachelors. After Graduating college he decided to pursue his passion for music more seriously.
